Insta-Stack

Create me a stacking game that i have narrow tiny blocks and i have to stack them at a table by swiping them to where i want to stack them. The only rule is not to place them next to each other, only stack them on one another like a tower and put arrows to put them and when people try putting the blocks next to each other then make it not be placed at the table and put an arrow that points at the block that i have to stack to.
